The Three Spiritual Pillars
for Humanity's Progress

with Dr. Chinmay Pandya and Ph.D. Marco Ferrini

This meeting aims to present the Three Spiritual Pillars for humanity’s progress, known in the Indo-Vedic tradition as Varna-Ashrama-Dharma: an evolved system of socio-spiritual organization and education that represents a viable solution for successfully addressing the challenges of contemporary society.

The topics that will be covered, leaving time for audience questions, are:

  • Reflections on the current structural crisis and the need for a profound socio-ethical-cultural renewal.
  • Identity crisis of the individual: homologation, loss of values, liquidity of relationships.
  • A brief overview of the theoretical foundations of the Varna-Ashrama-Dharma socio-spiritual system and how they can be reconciled with contemporary society.
  • Overcoming prejudices about the "caste system": the concept of guna and karma.
  • The higher purpose of existence: human and spiritual realization with respect for creatures and creation, and the development of the relationship of Love with God.
  • Questions and answers.
